Chantel Cohen Licensed Therapist / Certified Business Coach


Chantel Cohen is a therapist/ life coach for individuals; an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) couples counselor, and an executive communications coach/facilitator. She assists clients with self-improvement and career advancement. Her clients include individuals, couples, and groups in corporate and therapeutic settings.

After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, Ms. Cohen worked as a program specialist for individuals with psychiatric and physical challenges. She then moved to New York City, where she earned a master’s degree and coaching certification in executive coaching and counseling from Columbia University. Her work with individuals and their families at St. Luke’s Hospital in New York was focused on counseling young adults who had issues with depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, and ADHD.

Ms. Cohen’s work as an executive communications coach and facilitator has given her the opportunity to work with individuals and facilitate teams in corporate settings. She develops written and oral communication strategies, feedback and decision-making protocols, and presentation strategies. Her work also includes working with assessments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the DISC.

Currently, Chantel owns and operates CWC Coaching and Therapy in Atlanta, Georgia. Her clients are from all walks of life, but she’s worked extensively with couples in relationship distress and individuals who have anxiety, ADHD, and depression. She’s also coached many individuals looking to make a career transition, turbo-charge their career, and enhance their workplace communication. Genie received her law degree from Georgetown and her B.A. in Psychology from Yale. Genie and her husband live in Morningside with their two teenage children and their dog, Seamus.

Jacqueline Frey Licensed Therapist / Certified Coach


Jacqueline M Frey is a life coach, therapist, and associate with CWC Coaching and Therapy. Her undergraduate is from the University of Florida where she excelled in developing leadership and business skills. Her first position out of college was building a small business from the ground up as Director of Operations. After that she caught the bug of helping driven professionals accomplish their goals both in business and their personal lives. She went on to get her Life Coach Certification from Coach Training Alliance one of the oldest schools specializing in training masterful coaches and backed by the International Coaching Federation. She then went on to intern and coach with a prominent master coach in Jacksonville Beach, FL. There she learned many more skills to be later used in her own practice JaxMarie Life Coach, found at

Jacqueline’s preferred method of therapy is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) (w/ couples). However, each individual has a unique set of goals and challenges. This allows Jacqueline to address those needs with a custom approach that is appropriate for their desired life objectives and overall wellness. Jacqueline Frey is passionate about assisting each individual to achieve all their aspirations for a life by design, full of happiness, purpose and satisfaction of self. Jacqueline’s motto is the “Live the life you love,” which encompasses her practice, and is a personal goal she has for each client she coaches.

Kendra Stewart Associate Counselor


Kendra Stewart is an Associate Counselor with CWC Coaching and Therapy. She completed her undergraduate degree at Fayetteville State University and her graduate degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at Clayton State University. Kendra is a Trauma-Informed Therapist and has experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, adjustment, anger, and trauma.

She uses CBT, DBT, and a Multicultural approach to help her clients move forward. Kendra has more than 20 years of experience in helping others flourish and grow. REBECCA BECKWITH, LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker


Rebecca Beckwith, LCSW, earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Maine at Fort Kent in 2000. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology and then began working for a nonprofit community mental health organization in Northern Maine working as an Outpatient Substance Abuse Counselor (LADC) for 7 years. She enjoyed the work so much she later earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of New England located in Biddeford Maine 2007.

Rebecca continued her work as a generalist therapist working in an outpatient setting and provided services focused on crisis team response, Employee Assistance Programs, family therapy, couples therapy, individual therapy/group therapy with adults and children for more than a decade.. She moved to Central Maine and began working for Northern Light Cancer Center and worked as a Medical Oncology Social Worker for 7 years. Rebecca is a member of the Association of Oncology Social Work, and she is also a Board-Certified Oncology Social Worker.

In 2018, she started a private practice in addition to her role providing individual therapy to adults, adolescents, and couples within the community of Bangor, Maine. She currently holds a position within the organization as an outpatient therapist providing group and individual/couple therapy while continuing in her private practice.

Rebecca is a seasoned therapist and has worked many years working and assisting her clients with adjustment challenges, depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use disorders, bipolar disorders, and other major mental health diagnoses.

She has extensive training in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT. Her approaches are strength-based and solution-focused using evidenced-based models to motivate and facilitate positive change. Rebecca resides in Maine with her husband Mark and their 3 children along with their dog Oakley.

Angela Mendez Licensed Professional Counselor


Angela Mendez is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Professional Counseling at Georgia State University. She is a passionate and dedicated therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in the social services and mental health field. Angela’s background includes working in the areas of women’s reproductive health, chronic homelessness, intimate partner and family violence, child and adolescent mental health, substance abuse treatment, immigrant and refugee mental health, and college student mental health.

Angela’s clinical training and experience is grounded in a person-centered and humanistic counseling approach which guides her to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for her clients to feel deeply seen and understood. She is consistently able to create nurturing therapeutic relationships with clients and works to help individuals feel empowered and motivated to gain insight, grow, heal and make lasting change.

Angela utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities to help her clients work through challenges related to symptoms of depression and anxiety, process experiences of grief and loss, improve stress and life management skills, and navigate the mental health effects of expected and unexpected life transitions.

Maggie Jackson, LMSW Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist


Maggie Jackson is a highly experienced metro-Atlanta based Licensed Master Social Worker and psychotherapist. She is a multi-lingual counselor that specializes in anxiety, trauma, family violence, women’s issues, and relationship issues.

Maggie earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University. Since then, Maggie has served as an Associate Executive Director of domestic violence non-profit, Program Coordinator for a state-sponsored anti-sex trafficking organization, and in several direct service roles working with women and teens in clinical settings.

She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and is pursuing EMDR Certification. Maggie also provides Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for clients requiring this specialty.

Maggie has a gift for connecting with people and her positivity is infectious. Maggie has worked with a wide range of clients, teens, and adults from various socio-economic backgrounds and lifestyles. She takes a trauma-informed approach when connecting with her clients and is able to reach them where they are currently.
