Chantel Cohen Licensed Therapist / Certified Business Coach

Chantel Cohen is a therapist/ life coach for individuals; an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) couples counselor, and an executive communications coach/facilitator. She assists clients with self-improvement and career advancement. Her clients include individuals, couples, and groups in corporate and therapeutic settings.
After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, Ms. Cohen worked as a program specialist for individuals with psychiatric and physical challenges. She then moved to New York City, where she earned a master’s degree and coaching certification in executive coaching and counseling from Columbia University. Her work with individuals and their families at St. Luke’s Hospital in New York was focused on counseling young adults who had issues with depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, and ADHD.
Ms. Cohen’s work as an executive communications coach and facilitator has given her the opportunity to work with individuals and facilitate teams in corporate settings. She develops written and oral communication strategies, feedback and decision-making protocols, and presentation strategies. Her work also includes working with assessments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the DISC.
Currently, Chantel owns and operates CWC Coaching and Therapy in Atlanta, Georgia. Her clients are from all walks of life, but she’s worked extensively with couples in relationship distress and individuals who have anxiety, ADHD, and depression. She’s also coached many individuals looking to make a career transition, turbo-charge their career, and enhance their workplace communication. Her corporate clients include the Coca-Cola Company, Clark Atlanta University, Google, CARE, Clarkston Development Faction (CDF), Discovery Channel, Eastern TV-NY and Talentedly – New York office, as well as other corporations.

Prior to her role as a life coach, Genie was a workplace communication coach for the last 17 years. Before that, she practiced employment law in Chicago. Genie received her law degree from Georgetown and her B.A. in Psychology from Yale. Genie and her husband live in Morningside with their two teenage children and their dog, Seamus.

Kendra Stewart Associate Counselor

Kendra Stewart is an Associate Counselor with CWC Coaching and Therapy. She completed her undergraduate degree at Fayetteville State University and her graduate degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at Clayton State University. Kendra is a Trauma-Informed Therapist and has experience in the areas of anxiety, depression, adjustment, anger, and trauma.
She uses CBT, DBT, and a Multicultural approach to help her clients move forward. Kendra has more than 20 years of experience in helping others flourish and grow. REBECCA BECKWITH, LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker

For over 20 years, Rebecca (Becky) Beckwith, has helped her clients turn their difficulties into empowerment strategies and has served as an agent of change to enhance her clients’ lives. She provides support and encouragement, with additional strategies to help her clients get to the next level or next chapter. Her approaches are strength-based and solution-focused using evidenced-based models to motivate and facilitate positive change.
Becky works with individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, couples, and families to transform anxiety or depression into a sustainable next level personal and professional achievement. She has extensive training in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
Becky was most recently trained at Yale University and University of California at San Diego to support cancer survivorship and other terminal illnesses. She is a licensed clinical social worker holding a board Certification and received her graduate degree from the University of New England and BS in Biology from the University of Maine. She resides in Maine with her husband Mark and their 3 children along with their dogs Oakley and Arnie.
Angela Mendez Licensed Professional Counselor

Angela Mendez is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. Her clinical training and experience are grounded in a person-centered and humanistic approach which guides her to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals to feel deeply seen and understood.
She develops a collaborative therapeutic relationship in which her clients can experience the freedom to be authentic and honest about their lived experiences and the challenges they currently face in their lives. Angela can then support her clients in their ability to develop an increased sense of self-awareness and insight into new and different strategies that can be utilized for resolving challenges and obstacles explored in the therapeutic process.
Angela has extensive experience managing the effects of chronic life stressors and trauma, addressing symptoms of anxiety and depression, and navigating the effects of expected as well as unexpected major life changes and transitions such as changing jobs, starting a business, moving to a new city, becoming a parent, relationship endings, or losing a loved one. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities to uniquely support each client in connecting with the tools and resources that will best support their progress toward making meaningful and lasting change.
Angela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Professional Counseling at Georgia State University. She is a passionate and dedicated therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in the social services and mental health field.
Maggie Jackson, LMSW Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist

Maggie Jackson is a multi-lingual (English/Spanish/French) and highly experienced metro-Atlanta based Licensed Master Social Worker and psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, family violence, women’s issues, and relationship affairs.
She works together with her clients with the ultimate goal of helping them achieve a more rewarding and fulfilling life that is filled with meaning. Maggie has a gift for connecting with people, and her positivity is infectious. She has worked with a wide range of clients, teens, and adults from various socioeconomic backgrounds and lifestyles. She takes a trauma-informed approach when connecting with her clients and can reach them where they are currently.
Maggie is a continuous learner, educator, and consummate professional. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and is pursuing EMDR Certification. Maggie also provides Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for clients requiring this highly specialized form of therapy.
Maggie earned her Masters’s Degree in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University. Establishing and maintaining a work-life balance was critical for her own journey, and she shares this tenet with her clients as well.
